Adisyn is a global leader with over 12 years’ experience driving impact across nonprofit, social enterprise, and international development sectors.

She is the founder and former CEO of Red Oak Hope, an international nonprofit that has supported more than 600 survivors of human trafficking across nine countries through holistic programs offering safe housing, legal aid, counseling, and economic empowerment. With a heart for justice and a talent for entrepreneurship, Adisyn also co-founded Freeleaf, a social enterprise in China making beautiful products while providing employment and holistic care to women overcoming exploitation (now merged with Starfish Project).

Her expertise and experience span strategic planning, public speaking, donor cultivation, financial planning, program management, event planning, board development, communication, design, logistics, and more.

Whether she’s leading international teams, walking alongside a survivor of trafficking, speaking to audiences about the fight against trafficking, or helping leaders clarify (and take) their next steps, Adisyn is honored to bring her curiosity, compassion, and courage to help others tackle problems.

Adisyn holds a master’s degree in International Community Development and is conversational in French, Mandarin, and English.

When she’s not working, Adisyn is usually enjoying the sunshine, eating good food, or traveling any chance she gets with her husband and two boys.
